Fall Retreat

September 27th through September 30th  are the dates for the Fall Retreat at the Vineyard in Ariton, Alabama.

Below is a link to the workshop we had August 19, 2016 for a Rail Fence with a Pinwheel Twist as featured on Missouri Star's Web page.  

Cutting instructions:

40 Strips - 2 1/2" various red, white, and blue fabrics

13 x 10" Squares of light fabric and

13 x 10" Squares of dark fabric

Sew four of the 2 1/2" strips to make one set.  (you should have 10 sets)

Precutting fabric and having strips sewn into sets will allow us to complete the top during the Sit-n-Sew.  Led by Jackie Baker. 

Program for the meeting - Sherry Burkhalter will discuss and demonstrate how to make faux piped binding on quilts.
